RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION POLICY
At RUहे, every piece is made on order, crafted especially for you.
Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
We do not offer refunds, but your product is eligible for an exchange in the following circumstances:
• An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
• The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
• The garment is not of the right size, in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece.
• Please note that if any garment has been customised for size, colour, embroidery, etc., it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Any sale item is also not eligible for a return or an exchange.
If your garment meets the above criteria for exchange, please email us at labelruhe@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, sharing the following details
1. Order number
2. Delivery address
3. Specify the reason for the exchange request, sharing images in case of an incorrect piece. Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/defect)
Our team will review and approve the exchange if eligible. Once approved, ship the product back to the address shared by our team. The product must be received within seven days from the day of contact from our team. After inspection, we will ship the replacement.
Conditions
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, and the original tags are in place.
• Reverse shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the piece is defective.
• Exchanges are subject to fabric/stock availability.
Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address
We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner. If you feel that you have given us the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order for an address correction with your order number.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.
Request for Alteration
Please refer to our size chart before making a purchase and feel free to contact us in case of any questions or queries relating to sizing. We do not offer alterations as all our garments have margins. In case of any customisations to the size, we’d be happy to accommodate your request.
